Boo is a special cat who needs a special person(s), who loves cats and has the patience to give Boo a loving forever home. Here's a blurb about Boo from her current foster mom.
"Boo is basically a typical cat who is friendly yet likes her alone time, skittish at times yet sociable with people and also a little feisty. She is learning that petting is a nice experience, but only for a bit. She likes to smell your hand before petting and doesn't like to be surprised. She will walk away when she's had enough. When I wake up in the morning, she is snuggled next to me. She loves to play with her toys and is starting to play more with me. She spends hours watching the birds and squirrels at my birdfeeder. She runs from window to window to watch them come and go. As with any cat, Boo loves to be up high and loves her cat trees and scratching posts. She is a bit finicky with food and only seems to like turkey and chicken and sometimes tuna. I feed her Fancy Feast and she likes the grilled, sliced, shredded and Florentine styles. If she doesn't like what you are feeding her, she will let you know! She is quite vocal and may give you a little swat. I have been working with her to stop this behavior and she has shown improvement. She knows it is wrong, but sometimes she can't help herself! There are no litter box issues. Boo would do well in a quiet home as the only pet with a cat savvy adopter(s) who will be loving and patient. She is a really sweet cat. As with any new pet, Boo will need time to adjust in her new home."
If interested in meeting Boo, please let a staff member know so it can be arrange since she's relaxing in her foster home.

My Feline-ality is: Sidekick! (Orange)
Like all sidekick's, I'm just plain good company. I like attention, and I also like my solitude. I don't go looking for trouble but I'm no scaredy-cat either. If you are looking for a steady companion to travel with you on the road to life, look no further
