Mayberry is a middle-aged gal who would like a home outside of the city. She loves to go on walks multiple times a day, and with her big stride and hound voice, she needs to be in the countryside. She had lived with one family her whole life, and then through no fault of her own, she was passed around to a couple new homes before making her way to us. It was discovered that she chases cats, and doesn't seem to like other dogs. She seeks a home that she can reside in by herself, and has a nice couch to sleep on. She loves a good car ride, and is crate trained. When outside she loves to keep her nose to the ground but does react to big loud noises.

A Good Manners training class is included in her $350.00 adoption fee. Please call the Adoption Center at 802-476-3811 to schedule a time to talk to an adoption counselor about Mayberry, and to determine if you should meet her.
