Every dog in our care gets a comfy bed made by Kuranda. The beds are raised off the floor and provide soft but firm support for the dogs while they rest or sleep (every dog also gets a blanket on top of the bed to make it even cozier). Unfortunately, the frames for the beds we have now are made of PVC, which our dogs have chewed up. Now some are unusable.

The good news is that Kuranda now makes their beds with an aluminum frame, which we think will last a lot longer. And more good news, Kuranda offers a program for shelters that provides a discounted price on beds for shelter dogs. They are still a little pricey, but they are worth it. Our shelter dogs love them!

Kuranda also makes cat towers, which have many levels to accommodate cats who like to be high off the ground, cats who like to be closer to the floor, and cats who like it just right in the middle.  If you are a cat lover, our cats would love one of these towers!
