Cindy Lou Who came to CVHS when her owner became displaced from her home, and knew it was not fair for Cindy Lou.
Cindy Lou so far has been bashful with us, and seems to prefer a calmer setting. She isn't bothered by her roommate with a similar personality. She would like to have a home that doesn't have any rambunctious and loud dogs or children.
