Coral
Coral was picked up as a stray in Central Vermont, traveling with another dog. The owners did not want them back, but a family member took the other dog, and Coral came to us.
Coral loves to romp around the yard, then find a shady spot to relax. She walks wonderfully on a leash, except for occasional barking at people or other dogs she sees in the distance. She is also crate-trained, and generally a very easy dog to hang out with.
Coral has played with other dogs while she's been with us, and she loves to play, but she does seem to get a bit sore if the play is too rough. She's currently on antibiotics for Lyme disease, so we expect her soreness to improve.
We do not know how Coral feels about cats or children. Coral is in need of dental care, and she has an appointment scheduled for July 9th. She can go home now as a foster-to-adopt, and come back to us for her appointment and to finalize the adoption.
A 5-week Good Manners training course is included in Coral's $350.00 adoption fee. Please call the Adoption Center at 802-476-3811, or email info@centralvermonthumane.org, to schedule a time to talk to an adoption counselor about her, and to determine if you should meet Coral.
